Through our collective business structure, we offer our partners a consistent flow of qualified PI leads for a fair and reasonable price. Although panel members incur an upfront charge when they accept a case, our compliant, alternative business structures ensure that they do not pay a referral fee.
Furthermore, changes to legislation will continue to have huge impacts on the financial entitlements of both victims of no-fault accidents and the bottom lines of law firms. Against this backdrop, it has become more critical to sort out the wheat from the chaff and firms must diversify or optimise accordingly to fit the ever-changing landscape.
How does it work?
Injured people find us via our innovative websites before calling us for advice. Our team unbiasedly conduct the initial evaluation of potential claims before referring them to our legal panel for further risk assessment. If the claim has merit, and the client is signed up, the panel law firm will then incur the appropriate fees through one of our many alternative business structures.

Who are we looking for?
Millner and Knight are actively courting new panel members located in all states and territories throughout Australia with an emphasis on clear and practical communication that prioritises the needs of the claimant. Panel members offering a range of claim niches, including; road, workplace, public, insurance, TPD and medical are encouraged to apply.
